Victoria Xu is an entrepreneur and investor dedicated to advancing deep-technology innovation in biotechnology and healthcare. Her graduate training in bioinformatics and public management gives her a direct view of both the scientific opportunity and the systems required to translate it.
At miRoncol, Victoria leads company strategy, operations, partnerships and market development. She is building the organization around a platform thesis: begin with a published oncology proof point, expand the intelligence layer across major chronic disease areas and use longitudinal data to make future insight increasingly personal.
Victoria is also active in Ottawa’s innovation community as an angel investor and advocate for women-led companies. In 2025, she was recognized by the City of Ottawa as an Immigrant Entrepreneur Award recipient.
