The Prize:
Free access to the annual miRoncol test will be provided for life as long as the winner remains eligible to take the test. The lifetime service is non-transferable.
Service Scope:
The miRoncol test is designed to cover multiple cancer types other than breast cancer. It is not a diagnostic test and doesn’t replace any recommended cancer screening tests or early detection technologies. False positive and false negative can occur. Users should continue to follow recommended guidelines for traditional breast cancer screening.
Annual Renewal & Eligibility:
The service is renewed annually free of charge as long as the winner remains eligible.
Eligibility Criteria:
The winner must continue to meet the service's general eligibility requirements, which currently stipulate that the user has no obvious symptoms suspected as any cancer upon their annual service assessment. The purpose of the miRoncol test is an early warning tool, not a diagnostic tool for those with existing symptoms. If, at any point, a symptom is identified during an assessment that makes them ineligible for the ongoing miRoncol test, the free lifetime benefit will cease at that time.

1. Overview & Eligibility
- Sponsor: The "Win Free Lifetime miRoncol tests" Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by miRoncol Health, registered in 1000 Innovation Dr., 5F, Ottawa, ON K2K 3E7, Canada ("miRoncol Health")
- Contest Period: The Contest begins on Nov. 5, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM EST and ends on Jun. 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period").
- Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of miRoncol Health are not eligible to enter.
- Void Where Prohibited: This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. How to Enter
- Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

- Post the content on LinkedIn.

- Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person across all platforms. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.
- Content Rights: By submitting an entry, you grant miRoncol Health a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, and display your entry content (including your name and likeness) for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes without further compensation.
3. The Prize & Value
- Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the miRoncol test annually free of charge for their lifetime, subject to the eligibility conditions defined in Section 4 (the "Prize").
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The estimated annual retail value of the miRoncol test is $299+ CAD. The lifetime value is dependent on the winner's life and continuous eligibility.
- Non-Transferable: The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The Prize is awarded to the individual winner and cannot be passed to another person.
4. miRoncol test & Eligibility Conditions (CRITICAL)
- Service Scope: The miRoncol test is an early warning service designed to provide insights for multiple common solid tumors other than breast cancer. The miRoncol test is not a substitute for traditional, diagnostic medical screenings. Winners must continue to adhere to all recommended medical guidelines, including routine cancer screenings if eligible.
- Continuous Eligibility: The free miRoncol test is renewed annually and is contingent upon the winner maintaining service eligibility, specifically that the winner has no obvious symptoms suspected as any cancer at the time of their annual service assessment.
- Cessation of Prize: If, at any point, the winner's annual miRoncol test assessment or any intervening diagnosis reveals a confirmed cancer diagnosis or the presence of obvious symptoms suspected as any cancer, the free lifetime benefit will immediately cease unless the winner is cleared of no cancer after diagnostic work up.
- Not a Diagnostic Tool: The miRoncol test is an early warning tool and does not provide a medical diagnosis. All findings must be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Selection: The winner will be selected based on the impact of miRoncol test. miRoncol Health aims to address health equity with its affordable cancer early warning tests. A panel of judges invited from miRoncol Health will review all eligible submissions on or about July 20, 2026.
- Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email and LinkedIn messages within ten (10) business days of the selection date. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the Prize. Failure to respond or meet the eligibility requirements will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
